Tar Wars Star Awards
The Tar Wars Star Award honors individuals and organizations who have significantly contributed to the Tar Wars effort. Star Awards are presented annually at the Tar Wars National Conference, where recipients are recognized during a special ceremony for their long-term efforts and/or unique accomplishments.
Criteria
Individuals and/or organizations can be nominated for the award in one of four different categories: Service, Institutional Support, New/Innovative Program Implementation, and Other.
Nominations are not limited to physicians. Any individual(s) and/or organization(s) from an area where Tar Wars is active may be nominated. Self-nominations will be accepted. Please use the Star Award Nomination Form (1-page PDF file; About PDFs).
